Can I update my address after ordering?

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days if the product is unused, or within 7 days for damaged or defective items. Contact support to begin a return.
What happens if my item arrives broken or doesn’t work?
We stand behind everything we ship. Email us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or repair depending on the case.
Are the products new or refurbished?
We sell both new and refurbished items. Refurbished products are clearly labeled, tested, and restored to function like new.
